Rakib heads up our operational team, delivering expert floorcare and ensuring safe, clean floors in our clients buildings.
He has decades of experience in the 5* hospitality sector and brings this attention to detail and desire for high standards to all the work Slip Safety delivers.

Sebastian Chambers
Sebastian is a founder director of Slip Safety Services. He specialises in helping companies that serve the built environment to achieve profitable growth. He is also a senior advisor and non-executive director of CIL Management Consultants, alongside advising a number of other private companies.
He was a partner at CIL for over 20 years, both working with high growth UK companies in the built environment sector as well as being Managing Director for over ten years. He has worked with numerous clients that provide repair, maintenance and improvements services to the leisure and commercial sectors and has also worked with a number of flooring businesses.
Previously, Sebastian ran a factory making door and building panels. Sebastian is a chartered accountant, spent five years with PwC and has a degree in economics from Manchester University.
Ralph Hulbert
Ralph is one of the UK's most experienced SME investors, with 100+ deals under his belt and a portfolio of £2m+.
Prior to his prodigious business investing, Ralph had a successful career in banking. Of note was that he was the first person to set up an invoice discounting / factoring facility in the UK.

Paul Turner
Having left university Paul joined Alan Turner to start Seventeen Group in 1982, which incorporated insurance broking and underwriting.
Whilst the areas covered were broad Paul was involved in some historic events including providing cover for Live Aid, The Popes Tour of Australia and The Wall Concert in Berlin celebrating the unification of Germany to name a few.
Married with two children his personal interests include being a member of the Court of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, tennis, skiing, golf, art and fly fishing
